what with the jubilee coming round, really looking forward to the Cubert Parish bash on the beach...bands, bbq and beery fun, hopefully some waves, but if not nay bother 'eh..

2012 garden table

about 4 years ago we got a metal garden table, after the 1st summer and winter it got covered with barbeque gunge, coffee stains and paint from art projects that worked or didn't. At the beginning of the second summer, I decided to paint over it, then drawbled on it whilst drunk, and the tradition stuck, each year our table gets a new coat of paint and scribbles, no doubt Mr Octopus will be covered with jerk sauce and beer spills within the week.

nearly catching up

about 20 years ago I must have watched PUMP about 30 times plus in the summer, brilliant soundtrack and some rad surfing...and the VHS-ness just seemed to make it better, especially when the sound got funny towards the end of its life..

...nearly there....
